We have aligned ourselves with farmers and green chemistry labs who share the same beliefs and values that quality is more important then quantity. We have spent the past 10 years building supplier relationships with companies who invest back into their communities, solar energy, water-saving harvesting techniques, organic, wild-crafted, biodynamic and pesticide-free growth. When selecting our raw materials these elements of sustainable production are very important to us as we believe in partnerships that result in a positive environmental impact.

Trees are essential to the health of our planet, biodiversity and reducing the harmful effects of climate change. Reforestation is consistently identified by scientists as one of the top solutions to the climate crisis.

We are committed to being part of the solution and have partnered with ONE TREE PLANTED to help ensure a better future for our planet. Trees planted as part of this initiative will support the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

To further support the health of our trees we use environmentally friendly boxes that are made with certified FSC paperboard.

1. Planting Trees

We have partnered with ONE TREE PLANTED as a way to help rebuild our Forests. Trees are essential to the health of our planet, biodiversity, and reducing the harmful effects of climate change. Reforestation is consistently identified by scientists as one of the top solutions to the climate crisis and the trees planted as part of this initiative will support the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

2. Made To Order In Small Batches

Each year millions of bottles and jars end up in land-fills because of mass production and products that went past their expiration date. Most of these products do not decompose and place a burden on our ecosystem. Our products are made in small batches instead of mass production. This ensures that what we produce will be used within it's shelf life and will not end up in landfills. Each week we locally produce only the products that have been ordered.

3. Sustainable Farming And Green Chemistry

We have aligned ourselves with raw material suppliers and green chemistry labs who share the same beliefs and values that "less is more" and "quality is more important then quantity". We have spent the past 10 years building supplier relationships with companies who invest in solar energy, water-saving harvesting techniques, organic, wild-crafted, biodynamic and pesticide-free growth. When selecting our raw materials these elements of sustainable production are very important to us as we we believe in partnerships that result in a positive environmental impact.

4. Environmentally Friendly Packaging

All of our product boxes are made with FSC certified paperboard and we use glass bottles and jars for the majority of our collection.

5. Small Discovery Size Products

We sell discovery size samples in 10 ml glass bottles as a way to ensure our customers can try the products before committing to a larger size that may not be suitable for their skin type. In addition to this initiative we also have an on-line questionnaire so that we can help each customer select the best products. These two initiatives greatly reduce the amount of wasted products, exchanges and returns.

6. Minimal Shipping Materials

We use boxes that can be fully recycled along with recycled tissue paper, envelopes and note paper. In some cases we do need to ship packages with eco-friendly shipping pillows that can also be recycled.

7. Made Without bioaccumulative silicones and dimethicones

We avoid bioaccumulative forms of silicones, dimethicone and plastics. These ingredients are often used as film-forming ingredients and slip-enhancers which we feel actually dulls the complexion over time. We have worked very hard to replace these ingredients and instead we use green alternatives to silicone and Dimethicone so that your skin and the environment can breath.
